Hello POWERVERBS Webinar attendees! - January 2018

Here are the two "POWERVERBS checklists" I am referring to in today's webinar. Please remember, these are by no means a "simple" way to meet the standards. They are merely a self-assessment tool to get you started on digesting the difficult task of weaving together so many aspects of our profession. See the AASL.org website for ordering the full Standards book.

Use these to start a discussion with your colleagues. Visit the SLC recording of this webinar to insure you have an introduction for these self-assessment tools. This is NOT a simple process of "Oh, I'm doing all this" enlightenment. It is a tool to say, "Ok. I have the tools. Now let's see how I can weave these together..."

Please find the following files for your download and digestion! The first is the session HANDOUT. Then there are other Graphic Organizers for student use in digging for information. The fourth file is a concise overview of the C3 standards which help people understand the new paradigm shift.
